At Carhartt Reworked, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your trade-in purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
