How do you determine the condition of Reworked items?

Each garment undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We categorize items into three grades: 'Excellent' (like new), 'Very Good' (minor wear), and 'Great' (visible character/fading), ensuring all are functionally sound.

Can I return a Reworked purchase?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all Reworked items. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all Reworked tags still attached.

How does the trade-in process work?

You can bring your pre-owned Carhartt gear to participating retail stores. If your items meet our condition requirements, you will receive a digital gift card to use on future purchases at Carhartt.com or Reworked.Carhartt.com.

Is the sizing different for vintage or used gear?

Because many Reworked items have been previously worn and laundered, slight shrinkage or stretching may occur. We provide specific measurements and fit notes on each product page to help you find the right size.

Do you ship Reworked items internationally?
